SkillSanta is hiring for well known EdTech company where incumbent need to do to below task.

1. Selected candidates will be working as an associate doing field sales in their region and working in a team of go-getters to help spread our way of Learning in your city.

2. As a BDA they will be required to assist students and parents in their region that have downloaded the company's application using a consultative selling approach.

3. The ideal candidate needs to be a quick learner with strong negotiation skills and is able to demonstrate the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.

Preferred Skill Sets :

- Good Interpersonal English Communication skills ( 6.5/10 & above )

- Excellent regional language fluency ( 7/10 & above )

- Sales Drive and resilience.

- Experience in consultative selling.

- Should be target-driven and achievement oriented.

- Has the maturity and gravitas to counsel a parent for their child's future.

Industry - Banking, Finance, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Consumer Durables and Telecom sectors ( Candidates from edtech industry will not be preferred )

- Designation - Business Development Associate ( Direct Sales )

- Years of Experience - 6months - 3 Years ( Not more than 3 years with minimum 1 year of direct/field sales experience )

- Mode of work : WFH

- Number of positions: 50+

- CTC Offered: 10 LPA

- Age - Not more than 27 years
