Business Development Associate
- The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver at heart who thrives in a team environment. You will help manage and oversee relationships with new and existing customers through high-touch networking, lead generation, and market research.
Responsibilities :
- The employee will be involved in direct sales.
- Will be responsible to build rapport with students and their parents.
- Needs to understand the student profile.
- Communicate about the company's services and convert the leads into customers.
- Should be able to make sales from different sources.
- Needs to attend Virtual events and Physical events/seminars/Webinars and represent the company.
Requirements :
- Total Experience of 6 months - 2 years in Sales (at least 3 months of internship experience would also work).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Good to have CRM Knowledge.
- Good target records.
- Prior experience in sales/knowledge about sales tools can be a plus.
- Must be fluent in Kannada.
