Responsibilities :
- Maintain high-performance standards
- Engage in outbound sales to new and provided leads
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and business development strategies
- Share professional knowledge through networking, events, and presentations
Qualifications :
- 0-1 years of experience
- Graduation degree
- Proficient in outbound sales emails
- Strong telephonic communication skills
- Training Program :
- 19 days in total
- 5 days of Classroom Training (CRT)
- 14 days of On-the-Job Training (OJT)
- 1 unit conversion during OJT
Compensation :
- CTC up to 6.12 LPA (3.12 LPA fixed + 3 LPA variable)
- Positive performance reports eligible for base pay
