Associate - Business Development/Client Onboarding (0-2 yrs)
The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver at heart who thrives in a team environment.
Key responsibilities :
1. Give product demos to small businesses online on Google Meet/Zoom, etc.
2. Call and identify potential customers from leads and do regular follow-ups
3. Work on customer onboarding & account and relationship management
4. Maintain records of all sales, customer feedback & queries, etc.
5. Create marketing strategies and campaigns to improve sales.
6. Report & collaborate with product teams.
7. Suggest product improvements based on customer needs
Requirements :
1. Candidates must speak Hindi fluently.
2. Comfortable working in-office in Hyderabad
