Associate - Business Development - Broadband/Lease Line (2-8 yrs)
JD of BD Associate:
BD Associate would be a part of the partner network growth team, responsible for partner (LCO) acquisitions.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead growth of partner (LCO) network in the given territory
- Drive partner addition in the given territory as per demand requirement
- Understand and convey Wiom's business proposition to LCOs and align the organization expectations accordingly
- Create the prospect funnel through different channels (referrals, cold calls, field visit, online data souring etc.)
- Tracking prospect funnel and conversion
- Ensure selection of partners as per Wiom quality standards and SOP
- Assist partners through the Wiom onboarding process
