One of our reputed client in Edtech sector since last 25 years is looking for Associate Business Development (B2C). Our client into IIT / JEE coaching, School Education [KG to Class 12], Coaching Services [5th to 12th and 12th pass] and Higher Education [Undergraduate to Ph.D.]

Job Description :
Responsibilities :
1. Advise student/ parents for their learning needs through structured Counseling Sessions
2. Fix appointments and conduct home demo sessions on daily basis including follow up sessions
3. Understand Customer profile & problems to explain implication of ineffective learning methods
4. Create the need for Smart Learning and advise student-parent to buy Subscription as solution
5. Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue
6. Learn/ Upgrade ones own Product Knowledge and Sales Skills to achieve and exceed growing Sales target(s)
Desired profile of the candidate:
1. Possess sound knowledge and understanding of consumer (students and parents) behavior
2. Possess Basic / Good knowledge of Class 6 to 12 Subjects as per existing Curriculum
3. Are keen to learn and upgrade Product knowledge from time to time for better Sales
4. Enthusiastic and willing to work relentlessly for achieving and exceeding business targets
5. Thrive in a fast paced ambiguous work environment
6. Have good communication skills in English and the regional language with professional presentation
7. Open to Intra-City travel to Customer Locations
8. Excellent Selling/Negotiation Skills
9. Previous educational industry experience is an added advantage
10. Good to have own conveyance otherwise can manage their own
Max. Exp. : Good to have a 1 - 4 years B2C sales experience
