Associate - Business Development - Advertising Firm (2-8 yrs)

We are looking for a person to join immediately who is passionate about sales and would like to manage multiple stages of the sales pipeline. You should be a competent, motivated and ambitious Sales, Account Executive. You must love finding new business opportunities and manage relationships with existing clients. You will be directly responsible for the maintenance and expansion of our customer base.

We are expecting you to have skills and experience in sales and in customer service, that you are self-driven and result oriented.

- Minimum 1 month of Probation

Location : Gurgaon (In-Office Only)

Responsibilities :

- Understand client requirements and pitch the relevant solution.

- Active front-end selling and cross-selling to potential buyers over the platform.

- Extensive coordination with ExMyB partners to close deals.

- Deliver daily progress, revenue and activity reports for all clients.

- Analyze, research, recommend and implement processes and systems.

- Working with the operations and technology teams to ensure efficient delivery of the project as per the guidelines.

- Outbound buyer acquisition through social media and networks.

- Keeping track of all the documentation required for a transaction.

- Helping both buyers and sellers in an ongoing transaction.

Requirements :

- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or any related field.

- Good communication skills (both English and Hindi).

- Degree in engineering, business studies, management, commerce or any related area is preferred.

- Proficiency in Google Suite and other productivity software.

- Detail-oriented

- Demonstrated initiative-boldness and flexibility.
