Associate - Business Development - Advertising Agency (1-3 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct secondary research to identify new markets and opportunities for new business
- Utilize approved social media channels (such as LinkedIn and Twitter) to network with prospects/clients and champion our services.
- Reach out to potential prospects via Email / Social to get the first introduction call / meeting.
- Prepare Proposals & Agreements for Prospects/Clients based on the initial discussion and their requirements.
- Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of our industry, our services and the competitive landscape.
- Build a sales pipeline by cultivating prospects to creating new business.
Desired Skills :
- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Business Administration or any relevant field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in lead generation, conversion and selling services. Understanding of digital as a medium will be a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Products
- Exceptional time management skills displaying ability to manage multiple tasks with strict attention to detail
- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with prospects, clients and colleagues which are based on mutual respect and integrity
- Comfortable working virtually. Results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
