Associate Business Development

Job Responsibilities :

- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls promptly.

- Inform customers about the company's products/services and offers.

- Continuously generate prospective customers and obtain references from every client visit.

- Sell products to prospective customers.

- Maintain regular contact with clients.

- Conduct regular discussions with clients for new development.

- Identify customers- needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible.

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of relevant experience.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Ability to work seamlessly in a team-based environment.

- Basic computer knowledge of Word, Excel, and Emails.

- B2B and B2C sales experience is an advantage.
