- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our B2B sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting, acquiring, and nurturing new business clients. Your primary focus will be to drive sales and revenue growth by establishing strong relationships with B2B customers and effectively promoting our products/services.

Responsibilities :

Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify and target potential B2B clients through various channels, including online research, industry events, referrals, and cold calling. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.

Consultative Sales Approach : Understand clients' business needs and challenges. Present our products/services as solutions to address their specific requirements. Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling sales presentations.

Relationship Building : Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts. Understand their organizational structure, buying process, and competitive landscape. Develop a deep understanding of clients' goals and objectives to tailor effective sales strategies.

Sales Negotiation and Closing : Drive the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure. Present pricing, negotiate terms, and secure signed agreements. Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives within assigned territories or industries.

Collaboration with Internal Teams : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions. Provide feedback from the field to improve products and services.

Sales Reporting and Forecasting : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports, including forecasts, pipeline updates, and sales performance metrics.
