Associate - Brand Growth Team - Internet/Online (2-5 yrs)
Job Description
About Team:
You will be joining the Brand Growth team that is responsible for acquiring retail brands and ensuring their success on the mobile platform.
Responsibilities:
- Identify designer brands through primary or secondary research (trade shows, blogs, instagram etc)
- Curate an array of such brands on Negotiate and close commercials
- Take ownership of the entire onboarding process
- Build and Source Catalog for the specified brands
- Oversee sales and marketing for the brands to drive traffic and subsequently transactions
- Coordinate with the brands for newer content in order to maintain freshness of the collection
- Maintain and manage the number of brands and SKUs present in the collection
Requirements:
- 06 months - 3 years experience in Business Development/ Catalog operations
- A decent understanding and/or a strong interest in the Fashion Retail/ eCommece sector, brand awareness and retail trends
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Excellent time and task management skills
- Fashion Marketing graduate or Postgraduate from NIFT/Pearl Academy (Mandate)
