Reporting of Managers and Executives
- To Generate Business form Branch efficiently with keeping attrition and employees motivation on top.
- Achieve & exceed Branch targets on a consistent basis
- Ensure compliance and correctness of key inputs
- Fact finding & driving the presence reach and penetration of specified target segments.
- Ensure adherence to sales process and system
- Result & achievement orientation
- Initiate & self direction
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- At least a graduate for 5-7 years of experience in to life insurance
- 2 years of team handling experience must with proven track record.
