Job Title: Associate Area Manager - Banking Sector (Karnataka)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage sales activities in the designated area within the banking sector.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of sales professionals to achieve targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the assigned region.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders and corporate clients.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or life insurance.
- Graduation from a recognized university.
- Proven success in sales, preferably in the banking sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Karnataka's banking and financial sector.
Compensation:
Competitive Salary: INR 3.00 to 3.5 LPA
