Job Title: Associate Area Business Manager
Job Summary : An Insurance Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. They develop and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention. They also provide training and guidance to the sales team to improve their skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and motivate a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide training and guidance to sales team members to improve their skills and knowledge
- Monitor sales performance and provide feedback and coaching to team members
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3+years of experience in Any sales or BFSI field (Banking, Insurance Experience Mandatory)
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Working Conditions :
- This is a full-time position that may require working evenings and weekends
