Associate Agency Development Manager - Sales - Life Insurance (2-4 yrs)

- The Life Insurance Agency Channel Specialist plays a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the life insurance business within an agency channel. They are responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with insurance agents and agencies to promote and sell life insurance products. The specialist works closely with agents to provide training, support, and guidance, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively sell life insurance policies. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of life insurance products and the insurance industry as a whole.


Responsibilities :

- Recruitment of Agency Partners

- Organize and run recruitment events for AP's

- Is an expert in the recruitment processes and is able to identify the prospective LA and AP's (Life associates & Agency Partners)

- Planning and Goal Setting

- Conducts review discussions/wake-up meetings as and when required

- Plan goals & performance needs for AP's in a periodic manner

- Is expected to be an expert in the sales process, and conduct mechanisms to build same with his team- through periodic on floor coaching.

- Own the operational aspects of coding of a new AP and other day to day interactions with support function

- Development and Coaching of Agency partners

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in any stream

- Proven work experience in Sales and Marketing of Mini. 2 Years

- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Strategic thinker with great analytical skills
