Associate Agency Development Manager - Sales - Life Insurance (2-3 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Identify potential customers and sell life insurance policies to them through the agency channel
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention
- Meet sales targets and goals set by the company
- Provide after-sales service to clients, including handling claims and addressing any concerns or issues
- Recruit and train new agents to expand the agency channel
- Collaborate with other departments within the company, such as marketing and underwriting, to ensure smooth operations and customer service
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product offerings
Qualifications :
- Desired candidate profile : Minimum 2 year experiences sales and marketing
- Minimum 2 year experiences sales and marketing
- Must be graduation
- Local candidate
Age : 22 to 33 years
CTC : Up to 4 LPA
