Job Description :
We are looking for a goal-oriented Associate Agency Development Manager for winning, maintaining, and expanding Company goals. Your role will include supporting the company's ongoing sales and growth opportunities by providing channel sales.

Responsibilities :
- Primarily your focus should be on the sale of products and services to probable customers within a specific region.
- Arrange meetings with the clients or visit their offices or homes to persuade them to buy a product or subscribe to any service which your company is offering.
- Focus should be to increase the sales of the company.
- Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long-lasting relationships.
- Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory.
Requirements :
- Must be a Graduate in any field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self motivated and driven.
- Should be competitive and confident.
