- To join our amazing sales team, we are seeking a passionate and driven Associate Agency Development Manager. Your primary duty as our Associate Agency Development Manager will be to increase revenue in order to propel our business's progress. Converting leads and prospects into paying users will be our primary objective.
Job Role :
- Thorough understanding of various insurance products, coverage options, and policy details.
- Lead and motivate a team of agents, setting clear performance expectations and fostering a results-driven culture.
- Effective verbal communication to explain policy details, answer client questions, and address concerns.
- Building a professional network to generate referrals and leads.
- Guiding and inspiring the sales team to achieve targets and objectives.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of insurance agents.
Requirements :
- Qualification : Completing a degree is required.
- Experience : A minimum of two years in the sales field
- Age range : 21 to 40
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively
