Job Summary :

- Our insurance agency is seeking an experienced and motivated sales representative to join our team in Surat. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales through the agency channel and building strong relationships with clients. The candidate must have at least 2 years of field sales experience and hold a graduation degree.

Responsibilities :

- Achieve sales targets through the agency channel

- Recruit new agents and train them on our products and services

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents and clients

- Provide excellent customer service and respond to client queries and concerns

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities

- Attend training and development sessions to stay up-to-date with product knowledge and sales techniques

- Submit regular reports on sales activities and progress

Requirements :

- At least 2 years of field sales experience

- Graduation degree

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Must be a local candidate of Surat

- Good knowledge of insurance products and services
