- Recruiting a team of financial advisors on a commission basis and generating the business.
- Monitoring & following processes for driving sales through your advisors.
- Doing a Performance Review of your Advisors.
- Delivering consistent sales output utilizing your management & monitoring capabilities.
- Taking note of the sales goals and achieving the same
- Sell products and services by convincing the customer
