Associate Agency Development Manager - Sales - BFS (2-3 yrs)
- We are hiring the Agency Development Manager and the purpose of this job is to recruit quality advisors & support/train them to enable them procure insurance policies from the market & subsequently service the customers.
Agency Manager Responsibilities :
- Bring new partners on board and maintain relationships with existing partners.
- Understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the company's products.
- Recruiting the team of Sales Managers and building the agency.
- Coordinate with partner sales personnel and maximize sales.
- Analyzing market and industry trends and using information for business advancement.
Agency Manager Requirements :
- Graduation
- Minimum 1.5 to 3 years' experience in field sales/marketing/BFSI/Insurance
- CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA + incentives + benefits
- Good leadership and people skills.
- Excellent time management.
- Great networking abilities.
