Associate Agency Development Manager - Insurance (2-3 yrs)

Key functions:
1. Hire own team and train them as a sales/marketing
2. Develop innovative sales strategies that can help to increase the sales revenue in the company.
3. Foremost the most important is to maintain healthy relationships with clients and other managers.
4. Generate leads from the market and help existing clients if they have any problems with their product.
5. Set a monthly target and take daily reports from the team on daily/weekly/monthly sales of the product.
6. Present sales pitch in front of another manager on monthly basis to improve the product.
Key performance :
1. The candidate should have good communication that will help the candidate to communicate with clients and managers.
2. Strong leadership qualities are needed for this job because candidates have to lead the team of sales agents.
3. Problem-solving skills are second-most on-field clients have some problem in the product so candidate can solve at that moment.
4. Critical thinking skill is required if any situation has only one option so candidate can take decision by own
Pay Roll: On Roll
Experience: Mini. 2 experience required in any sales and marketing
CTC: 3.10 L/A + Incentive
Qualification: Mini. Graduation is Compulsory
