Associate - Agency Development Manager - Insurance (1-6 yrs)
Job Description
1. Responsible for Agent Recruitment, Agent Training, Agent Development
2. Develop various sources of agent hiring and build a team of Agents
3. Ensure product knowledge of Max Life Insurance is passed to the agents through training
4. Field demonstration of setting up appointments, meetings with customers, and all activities to make the agents successful
5. Work closely with Agents on planning and reviewing of activities and goals
6. Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly targets / business plans
7. Company has a product mix sales ratio which has to be followed
8. Hold periodical customer meet to understand customers' pulse and product needs
9. Ensure customer queries are responded to satisfactorily as per the company
Salary: INR 2,25,000 - 3,50,000 PA.
