- Achieving the number of active PFAs in his / her team as per the organizations targets.
- Coordinating the appointment process of the PFAs.
- Prepare monthly and annual action plans to achieve his/her goals.
- Motivating and ensuring Revenue targets (as may be set from time to time) for the PFA are achieved.
- Measurement and tracking of relevant metrics for PFAs.
- Work towards achieving the target sales and product mix from the team of PFAs.
