Associate Agency Development Manager/Agency Development Manager - Sales - Insurance (1-3 yrs)

Job Description:
Agent Recruitment :
- Develop various sources of agent hiring & build a team of agents & agent pipe line.
- Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referrals for new agent hiring
- Impart product knowledge to Agents
- Work with agents on planning and reviewing activities and goals. Identify the training needs of the agent and work with Trainers to improve the same
Meet Business Targets :
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans.
- Improve agent productivity & persistency
- Ensure the company's product mix sales ratio and adhere to the business norms.
Customer Centricity :
- Hold periodical customer meetings to understand customer pulse & need and ensure customer queries are attended to in a time-bound manner
Experience :
- 1- 3 Years of Sales Experience in any industry - Telecom, office automation, I.T, FMCG, Retail, Insurance, MF, Financial Industry
- Graduate
C - City (have spent a minimum of 4 years in the city)
L - Loyalty (1.5 yrs of average tenure)
E - Experience (Minimum 2 years for AADM)
A - Age (24 to 38 yrs for AADM)
N - Nonnegotiable on CLEAN
Salary : Upto Rs.4.5 Lac P.A
