Experience in Education Sector in admission Domain is a Must.

Job Description :

- Attending to enquiries & converting prospective visitors/ walk-ins into admissions

- Generate inquiries through phone calls and various other means of internal marketing

- Regular follow-up with prospective parents through calls and emails

- Handling parents face to face explaining the admission process and fees structure

- To work towards deadlines in a calm and confident manner.

- Updating students details in School ERP

- Manage the re-enrollment of current students for the succeeding year.

- Oversee the network of parents, former parents and alumni to assist in the admissions program.

- Keep relevant statistics on all aspects of the admission and re-enrollment program.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the school manager.

- Handling parent grievances with patience

- Updating the Reporting Manager on the day to day work activities

- Maintaining attendance, students enrollment, courier and various registers

Experience Required: 2 to 5 years.

Candidate preferences :

1. Should be female only

2. Should have presentable personality.

3.Good Communication Skills in English is a Must.

occassional travel to field - once a month during admission session with marketing team

would involve filed vsists once in a awhile with the marketing team
