The Job :

- In this role, you are going to be a part of a closely knit small team of passionate individuals with a single minded focus to sell a world class Edtech product.

You will be responsible for :

- Calling Leads - Reaching out on Parent Leads through your CRM

- Generating trial classes - Pitch to the parents to take a Trial Class

- Take counselling sessions and convert them; Conduct counselling sessions for parents who take trial classes

- Closing the sale through smart and strategic approach

- Managing and generating revenue

The Profile :

- You have at least 1 year experience within a B2C sales, ideally within the Education and EdTech industry.

- You have a keen desire to drive the Business Development/Sales for a seed-funded early stage startup

- You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales.

- You have an apparent Founder's mindset i.e. A mindset where you own the Business Development/Sales and shape it independently like a Founder

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder

- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments

- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments

- You are willing to work 6 days a week with Mondays off.
