Associate Academic Director - Sales - EduTech (10-18 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of Senior Academic Excellence Managers and Academic Excellence Managers who monitor School curriculum execution.
- Design and monitor processes to track execution and progress across schools.
- Visit schools at regular intervals, train principals, coordinators, and teachers, observe classes to ensure excellent execution of the system across schools.
- Liaison between central and field teams to increase impact in classrooms.
- Coach and mentor the team to build their ability to service all schools.
Requirements :
- 10+ years of experience
- Very strong academic background
- Excellent people management skills. Should have managed a team of 30 people
Qualifications :
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and collaborating with large and diverse teams.
- Ability and flexibility to travel 15-20 days in a month.
