Assitant Vice President - Inside Sales - Education (10-20 yrs)
ROLE:
- Own the complete P&L responsibility of the CATEGORY .
- Handling business for the entire category which involves handling of P&L to sales strategy, content, new product launches, Faculty acquisition & Management,Marketing and budget management etc.
- Build & Drive Go to market strategy for launching new markets and new channels.
- Develop a category expansion plan, aligned with Gradeup's business strategy.
- Ownership of keeping track of ROI of each revenue generating activity to ensure Bottom Line is within limits.
- Planning and finalizing the pricing, promotion, packaging and channel-wise distribution strategy for products within the category.
- Ensure collaborations and planning with cross-functional operations, central teams to ensure smooth transactions.
- Teaming up with the product development departments in creating product intelligence.
Requirements :
- Minimum experience of 7 yrs + in category and business management.
- An MBA PGDM Grad. from Tier 1/2 institute is preferred
- Hands on experience in setting up and managing category - Business intelligence around best practices and current trends.
- Ability to work with senior management on critical business initiatives.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and planning skills with attention to details
- Experience in handling category as end-to-end responsibility in previous organizations.
Skills :
- Exceptional business acumen, business development and sales experience, and cross-functional understanding.
- High bias for action.
- Strong communication and decision-making and people management skills
- Team player - ability to work well with a diverse set of people and drive consensus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment across cross-functional teams .
