To generate business for the following services:

- Management of Initial Public Offer (IPO)/Further Public Offer (FPO)
- Direct Listing
- Delisting
- Preferential Allotment by listed companies
- Takeovers of listed companies.
- Buy-Back of shares by listed companies.
- Fairness Opinions.
- Debt Syndication.
