- Proven successful track record in business development of IT or analytics services.
- Understanding of analytics and technology products and solutions.
- International business development experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; building/developing relationships, both internally and externally.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Willing to work in a highly demanding and result-oriented team environment.
- The proven capability to lead sales & business development team.
- Willingness to travel internationally at short notice.
Job Duties:
- Business Generation and Opportunity Identification across North America, Europe, and Asia.
- Proactively identify potential customer groups and set up regular meetings.
- Key Account Management and Relationship Building.
- Build and maintain a solid sales pipeline of analytics, technology, and consulting projects.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Maintain an understanding of competitive activity relevant to the industry sector.
- Take responsibility and ownership of the complete sales process to ensure a steady project pipeline.
