Job Description : Interaction with top management/ decision making authorities of existing/ new business corporate clients. Business Development/ Relationship Management and Customer retention.

- Servicing the need of corporate houses for all the products under his portfolio. Responsible for increasing share of business by offering range of products. Responsible for overall profitability of the portfolio under him keeping in mind underwriting constraints, overall organisational needs and future growth expectations.

- This will also need smooth coordination with other departments such as underwriting, products specialists and accounts. Handle a team and setting targets for the team according to their size and vintage and need to closely work with them to achieve those targets.
