Our client is a Marketing Technology platform that is reinventing digital marketing by leveraging Big Data, predictive analytics and customer experience mapping. They believe in delivering not just creatives and campaigns, but also an aspect of accountability that comes with thorough analysis, market research and partnerships.

The Job :

As a senior professional leading the digital sales entity, you will build relationships with advertising channel partners like - websites, applications, publishers etc. and mine opportunities for programmatic revenue generation in video and display advertising.

You major responsibilities include :

- Defining a robust roadmap for programmatic sales strategy

- Building & maintaining client relationships

- Training and mentoring a team of professionals to make cold calls to potential businesses and channels

- Conducting cost-benefit analysis for potential clients and pursuing relevant leads to conversion.

- Documenting daily, weekly and monthly progress reports both individually and for the team, to be presented to key stakeholders every quarter.

- Track competitor offerings and partnerships to uncover potential growth and development models.

- Coordinating with other departments to deliver value to clients.

- Constantly working on feedback and liaising with product teams to create a market leading offering.

The Profile

- You have a Degree in any discipline from a reputable university and at least 8 years sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in Programmatic Sales.

- Your intrapreneurial instincts have helped you exceed targets in your previous roles and have helped you contribute to taking businesses' offerings a notch up.

- You have a good grasp of online advertising landscape and have a good network & industry contacts established.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You are comfortable presenting progress and findings to key stakeholders.

- You have lead teams in the past and have a track record of building successful teams.

- You can analyse data and trends to make relevant suggestions to target customers, and come across as an expert in the industry.

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder and are highly goal driven individual.
