Lead Customer Service for all Investors in Portfolio Management Services and Alternative Investment fund. Management of service channels for investors such as Contact center, email etc
- Lead Client service function of the organization
- Implementation of CRM
- Responsible for setting up policies, procedures and devising strategies for customer servicing along with sales team
