Assistant Territory Manager - Minimal Access Surgery,

Base Location - Varanasi, Territory to be covered - Eastern UP (Pvt & Govt both), Individual Contributor, Field Role.

Functional Experience:

- Minimum 02 years of Experience in Healthcare Industry (Devices/Capital Equipment will be preferred)

- Well conversant to speak with the doctors, nurses, hospital administrations.

Required Skills:

- Sound verbal & written communication skills in English and local language

- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

- Computer Savvy

- Strong learning agility and problem-solving skills

- Customer Focused Approach and Result Orientation

Job Summary

Responsible for achieving sales and market share targets in the assigned state/territory by promoting endoscopy products to clinicians & surgeons across the healthcare value chain and building relationships with internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Overall responsible for Achieving Sales Figures in Assigned Territory month on month.

2. Responsible for achieving focus product targets - both quantity and value - month on month.

3. Ensure coverage of all accounts based on customer segmentation within territory through grassroots sales techniques like scheduling appointments, drop-by to potential customers, making initial presentations, understanding account requirements & needs of potential customers.

4. To closes sales/leads by building rapport with potential account by explaining surgical techniques, features and benefits of our product range.

5. To maintain and develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in coordination with marketing team
