Position: Asst. store / Store Manager

Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Profile:

- Handling operations of the stores.

- To maximize retail sales and operating profit in of the concept in line with company objectives

- Guiding the success of a store by leading and motivating the selling team, developing and managing the service environment

Overview:

- To maximize sales and profitability in the business and to ensure increased customer satisfaction so as to maintain an upward business growth.

- Key Responsibilities : 

- Target Orientation.

- Resource Management.

- Strategic Planning.

- Visual Merchandising.

- Awareness of Customer shopping Habits.

- Knowledge of buying process in seasons.

- Understanding promotional campaigns.

- Staff development and training
