Assistant Store Manager - Apparels - Retail


We are seeking a seasoned Retail Asst. manager from renowned retail brands who will be responsible for the overall operation of the store including maximizing sales, developing staff, controlling expenses and shortages and all aspects of merchandising, inventory control and cash management.

Key Responsibilities Include :

- Assists Store Manager with providing a strong leadership presence and control in-store, while ensuring that all customers receive good service and quality merchandise

- Monitoring leads and branch goal attainment to drive sales results

- Monitoring all aspects of branch inventory and cash management including Shrinkage control

- Handling member complaints through to resolution

Must Require :

- Presentation: As the industry is into customer service, we are looking for an incumbent with a pleasing personality a smile on the face.

- Communication: Good verbal written communication both in "English Hindi" is a Must.

- Age Factor: Young blood with enthusiasm in nerves are welcome up-to 32 Years

- Experience : Overall 3 years of experience in any established Retail format.

- Industry: Managers from Apparels / Accessories / Sport-Wear / Telecom / Electronics Industry are eligible.
