The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Supporting the store manager to establish and implement action plans to develop sales for your product category/client segment.
- Demonstrating sales leaderships by playing an active role on the sales floor.
- Ensuring service excellence and client engagement in the store.
- Ensuring appropriate resource coverage, and supervising logistics and stock management.
- Hiring, motivating, coaching and developing high calibre sales talent to ensure service excellence.
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required :
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Department Manager / Floor Manager role, ideally within the Retail industry.
- You are service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
