Designation : Assistant / Sr. Assistant / Executive
Total Vacancy : 20
Job Location : Hyderabad(Madhapur)
Qualification : SSC and above.
Languages : Hindi, English (Mandatory) & any one regional language (Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Bengali, Marathi & etc- .
Experience : From calling call center with command over English & Hindi
Objective : Should have good written communication skills, Must be customer oriented person, with basic medical understanding.
Job Role:
Prompt response to customer inquiries through chat / Calls, Agent should follow all the process orders, forms, applications and requests, keep records of customer interactions including record details of inquiries, comments.
Skill Set:
Good typing skills with good verbal and written communication skills.
Work Week: Staggering weekly off's
Shift Timings: 24 hours round the clock services with 9 hours shift timings
7:00 AM to 4:00PM / 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM / 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM / 10:00PM to 07:00 AM.
