Assistant Sales Manager - Sanitaryware/Hygiene (5-7 yrs)

OBJECTIVE :

1. To achieve sales revenue as per the sales plan

2. Provide a focus to those clients that are identified as key accounts by managing relationships, customer service issues & mining accounts to further business associations & generating revenue thereof.

3. The primary focus is on developing and maintaining relationships with customers

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Channel Management :

1. To drive Sales through distributors

2. This will involve making Sales calls, converting these meetings into orders, ensuring understanding of the client requirement

3. Developing Networks across the distributors

4. To lead on their own, prepare own plans, identify prospects, evaluate prospect, and convert it into deal

5. Analysis of Sales and corrective actions to be taken to improve Sales

6. Manage the existing and new distributors Maintaining

Relationships :

1. Maintain relationship with the corporate clients and be an interface between clients and the company.

2. Expanding business in existing accounts.

3. Responsible for Acquisition, Revenue Maximization, Retention and Revenue collection

4. Ensuring Customer satisfaction.

5. Responsible for key customer retention and building profound relationship with them.

Market Analysis :

1. Updating on Competitor moves and Strategies

2. To update management on client feedbacks which he gets from the clients and give the market condition and demands.
