Assistant Sales Manager - Real Estate (1-3 yrs)

We are hiring for "Assistant Sales Manager" role for one of our clients.

Role and Responsibilities :

- Manage the promotion of the properties that are for sale on the various advertising media platforms as well as listings

- Liaise with the clients to understand their requirements and choices in property

- Set up meetings with prospective clients and offer them the real estate deals

- Oversee the preparation of any documentation like the lease/purchase agreement before closing the deals with the clients

- Ensure that you coordinate the activities that are needed for the successful closure of the deals like showing the properties and negotiating an agreement etc.

- Provide regular reports to the Head of Sales and Marketing about the status of various deals and updates on how many deals have been closed

- Utilize various techniques like referrals, online marketing, offline marketing etc. to ensure that you generate a good number of leads that you can then convert into clients

- Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas

- Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers

- Communicate with customers and evaluate their needs

- Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales

- Performing all duties of the Sales Manager in cases of absence or emergency

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or relevant field

- Proven minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development roles in the real estate industry

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Strong management and leadership skills

- Effective communication skills
