Assistant Sales Manager - Ready Mix Concrete (1-5 yrs)
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To identify and meet customers for achieving sales targets month on month as per the Client company's targets.
2. To collect the market data of the assigned area.
3. To enhance the company's customer database and increase the sales.
4. To build and establish the brand building activities in the area.
5. To enhance and increase the revenue of the area as per the Company's requirements.
- Minimum Graduation
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE :
- Graduates in the age group of 21-27 years having two wheelers willing to travel extensively in the assigned area.
- Experience of 3-5 years in sales and marketing of Ready-Mix Concrete / Building Material Industry / Paints / Cement and Tiles Industry.
- Strong desire to identify the new sources of sales and achieve the sales targets with passion.
COMPENSATION :
- Fixed salary plus Incentive based compensation with excellent earning potential with all statutory benefits like PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity.
