Roles & Responsibilities

- Identifying new sales opportunities, generating leads, target identification and classification.

- Reaching out to new customers and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of services.

- Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the services as per their needs.

- Maintaining relationships with all potential and existing clients.

- Perform industry and competitive analysis to inform the sales process and help positioning and messaging.

- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.

- 3-5 years- experience in Banking/Insurance/FMCG/Financial Institution/Service/Logistics industries with a proven background in individual retails hardcore sales role.

Required Education and Skills :

- MBA Preferred from a good institution.

- Well versed in Lead Generation and new business development.

- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.

- Must be self-motivated and possess excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.

- Have a valid driver's license and own or lease a presentable fully maintained and insured vehicle for business use.

- Should have strong analytical skills as well as static skills and good communication skills.
