- For India's Leading Life Insurance Company, We Are Recruiting a Assistant Sales Manager for The Agency Channel Department.
- To generate business with life insurance through your own team of financial advisors in the agency channel, you need train, motivate, and support them.
Job Role and Responsibilities :
- Generate Leads through Your Local Network
- Create a team on your own
- Train them for sales target
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Reward agents and encourage them to accomplish the goal.
- Using strategic planning, select the appropriate agents to target.
- Candidates with prior experience in BFSI will have an added advantage.
Candidates Requirements :
- Qualification : Graduation/Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Experience : Minimum 3+ Years in sales and Marketing
- Age : 24 to 38 years.
- Attractive Personality and good communication skills.
- Candidate have stay in current location for more than 2 years.
