Assistant Sales Manager - Life Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Will be in charge of managing an advisor team.
- Primarily accountable for spearheading and cultivating a robust variable agency framework within the region
- Achieving the desired income targets by utilising the variable agency model.
- Holds the accountability of accomplishing the Channel's renewal goals.
- Preferable from Only Life Insurance Agency Background.
- Proven track record of growing and developing a sales team.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Good communication skills
