A Leading IT Company requires Asst Manager-Sales and the responsibilities include

Job Title: Asst Manager - Sales - Indonesia (Jakarta)

Job Responsibilities :

- Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new business for the company to an agreed annual revenue target and to increase year-on-year

- Actively and successfully manage the entire sales team process

- Manage and develop the sales pipeline to ensure all sales administrations are kept up to date

- Respond to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner

- Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation

- Possess drive, motivation and acute attention to details in ensuring all sales opportunities to company are captured and explored

- The candidate will have individual responsibility for new businesses and is expected to self-manage; however, he/she will have support from the managing and sales director for complex large pitches and strategies

Key Skills :

- 3+ years of sales experience in the mobile and internet industry with at least 2 years- experience in a field-facing role. Previous experience in the mobile messaging or emailing industry is highly beneficial

- Able to meet tight deadlines, follow up on commitments, and take disciplinary action wherever appropriate

- Ability to multi-task with strong attention to details

- Resourceful, strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and cope with pressure

- Excellent people skills to establish a good rapport with customers

- Experience in building strong business relationships and to leverage his/her exceptional sales skills with effective and proven track records of successful results

- Team player with a passion for selling innovative, disrupting products and has a deep understanding of the cloud communications industry

Industry Preference: Information and Technology, Software Vendor, Digital communications

Mandatory: Sales, Account Management, Strategy
