Assistant Sales Manager - International Business - Spares/Retrofit (9-10 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- To act as Global Spares & Retrofit Sales support
- Customer Orientation.
- To visit various Domestic and international customer to Induce business of Spares/Retrofit.
- To coordinate with Group companies and Agents worldwide.
- Prepare detail offer
- Offer to Order complete responsibility
- Internal coordination with various other department to get feedback for the business.
- To operate through ERP - CRM module.
- To generate periodical reports.
- To visit the customer as sales person.
- Customer satisfaction
Education, Knowledge and Experience :
- Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic engineering.
- Added advantage if has any certification for import / export business.
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in similar profile & Preferable with Textile Printing or other Textile Equipment.
- Well experience to deal with International customers.
Basic Competencies:
- Effective verbal & written communication ability, Fluency in English, able to understand international ascent.
- Ability for Techno - Commercial aspect.
- Rotary printing machine / Textile process machine technical knowledge.
- Ability to understand incoterms & export documentation.
- Willingness to travel extensively all over the world if required.
- I T Skills ( to be good at Excel & ERP)
- Ability to work in Team
- Ability to learn & Deliver
Place & Reporting :
- Part of Customer support team - Intl. Spares business.
- Reports to General Manager (Service & Spares)
- To operate from our Ahmadabad Head quarter.
