Summary Of The Job :
- This position is for the direct(fresh) sales role.
- This is a key role for the company as this team is charged with getting new clients
- Fresh team sales persons may focus on select industry segments or products or may have a geographic focus.
- The person will have deep knowledge of commercial insurances such as employee benefit, property and liability insurances.
- The person has the primary responsibility of building and maintaining a relationship with clients. Once a new client is acquired, the person has to support the transition, over a one year period, to the retention team.

- To deliver excellent conversion of prospects to customers by combining your grasp of commercial insurance with adeptness in selling.
- Maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects.

- Having a problem-solving approach.
Candidate Background :
- Commercial insurance experience, e.g. in group health, property and liability, is very useful.
- B2B sales experience is a must
- The candidate may have worked with a insurance broker or with the direct selling side of insurers.
- Strong drive to handle clients and teams in an independent way.
