Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (3-4 yrs)
Job Description:
Responsibilities :
- To develop long term strategies with key Architects and Specifiers to evolve loyal HRJ customers.
- To responsible for Institutional/ Project sales.
- To job responsibilities include prospecting for new clients by Networking, Cold Calling or other means of generating interest from potential clients and convince the clients to do business with company.
- To identify and pursue business opportunities through market surveys and mapping as per targeted plans as well as through lead generation.
- To identifying & developing new streams for long term revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve recurring/ referral business
- To responsible for growing and retaining existing accounts by presenting new solutions and service to clients.
- To monitor competitor activities; update on new launches, communication & other activities and devise effective counter measures.
Skills Required :
- Excellent verbal communication
- Ability to convey important information clearly and effectively.
- Strong leadership and initiative
Candidate Requirements :
- Salary: 3.20 LPA + Incentives + Performance bonus + Medical benefits and other benefits
- Education: Bachelor`s (Preferred)
- Experience: Total 3 to 4 years preferred in sales and marketing
