Position : Assistant Sales Manager
CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Hiring agents and giving them regular training in order to market insurance.
- Promoting the company and its goods.
- Recognize who our ideal clients are and how they interact with our offerings.
- Coordinating lead generating efforts with marketing.
- Planning and evaluating activities and goals with the agent.
- Identify the agent's training needs and collaborate with trainers to meet them.
Desire Candidate :
- A graduate degree is the minimum required.
- 2+ years of field sales experience.
- Be between the ages of 24 and 38.
- A two-wheeler is required.
- You must possess the best leadership and communication skills.
